Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In original condition
In original packaging
Not damaged by misuse
Returned with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Non-returnable items may include:

Feeding products
Bath products
Personal care items
Opened or used baby products
Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear photo or video of the issue
A photo of the packaging, if damaged
Your email address used at checkout

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
